Savanna

Tropical savannas are found in Australia and South America, but the largest tropical savannas are found in Central and East Africa.

Savannas are tropical grasslands that contain scattered trees normally along the border of tropical rain forests.

The savanna is the habitat to many animals like elephants, giraffes, zebras, rhinoceros, buffalos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, baboons, crocodiles, antelopes, meerkats, ants, termites, kangaroos, ostriches, and snakes.

The zebra is covered with white and black stripes.

The acacia is the typical tree of the savanna.
