Christmas day !

when the snow starts falling

and the children start calling

We all know its Christmas!

The celebration is here!

Strange things appear

Santa's bright red jacket hovers over the sky

Nervous children opened their presents

guessing what they are going to get

Christmas is a time that you will never forget!

The colourful lights glow up

as the glimmering stars rise out

from the dark blue night sky

The lovely smell of roast turkey goes through my nose

The sight of Brussels sprouts waters everyone's mouth

as the children and adults wait for the timer of the oven to tick.
