My Ancient Egypt
Over the past month I have been learning about Ancient Egypt. Here are some facts I would like to share.
Mummificatian
mummification is when embalmers wrap the dead in shrouds of linen and place them in a sarcophagus, then they put the body in a tomb ready for the afterlife with their things like gold drinking goblets and plates, shoes,day wear and statues.
Pyramids
Pyramids are a work of art and many people don't know how they
are made. Egyptians made ramps to push the big heavy blocks
on top of the other ones to eventually build a pyramid.
arfterlife
Ancient Egypt belived in the afterlife so in the
tombs they made they were full of things they
used in their daily lives for the afterlife.
