To be healthy you need to take lots of fruits and vegetables and you have to eat at meast 5 fruits a dayand dont forget to eat greens too like

broccoli and lettuce.


There are lots of food groups like dairy. Dairy is a food group of things that are made from animal products like cheese and milk.In a plate at least

have a little bit of dairy but not too much because they are high in colesterol.Another food group is grains. Grains are foods like pasta and brown

rice.There are lots of more food groups that are healthy.


But there is even an unhealthy food group that are sugars like candy and chocolate it's good to have just a little bit of sugars in your plate but it's

best to take it after dinner as a treat.
