My travel blog to Nepal

In February 2018, me, my mum, my dad, and my little baby sister (Miya), went to Nepal! It was exciting because this was my second time going there! Did you know that Nepal has the tallest mountain in the world? Its called Mount Everest.

When we first arrived at the Kathmandu airport, we had to catch a taxi so we could go to our hotel. The road was so bumpy that I was jumping up and down most of the time! I couldn't believe how narrow the roads were in Nepal. It was unbelievable! Finally, after a long day I got to relax and watch movies. When I woke up from my sleep, I realised that my mum was getting ready. She told me that we were going to go to Thakali restaurant ( Thakali is a caste). While I was walking through the streets of the Nepal, I was AMAZED by the lights and colours. I was flabbergasted !

The next day we went to Swayambhunath. This temple is a place of worship and every Buddhist has to treat it with respect. Did you know that there are 246 monkeys in total around Swayambhunath? Then we had to get ready to go to Butwal. This is the birth place of Buddha. It takes 10 hours to get there in a car!! We had to go up bumpy roads and rocky mountains.

Next we went to Pokhara. This was one of my most favourite city's in Nepal! We also got to go on my aunties wedding.
