Food is important to live a healthy life. No living creature can survive without food. Even plants and animals need food. It is important to eat healthy food like fruits, vegetables, milk, bread and nuts. My favourite fruit is the peach.



My favourite food is stuffed green peppers. They are prepared by cutting green peppers in half and filling them with onions, tuna, capers, olives and cheese. They are then baked. I don't like meat pies and beef. I like to eat my grandma's vegetable soup.


You can have candy but not every day. Sugar is not healthy for us. It gives you cavities on your teeth and makes you sick if you eat too much of it.
