One day John and Bob were going to the airport to take a flight to Spain for a holiday and they were both super excited.

But, when they got to the airport, unusually there were no other people. They both looked at each other with surprised faces. "That's weird, why is no one here?" said John. There must be a reason!" said Bob.

"Ok, lets go to the luggage point and see if anyone is there." said John.

When they arrived at the luggage point there was just one employee working there. He didn't know why the rest of the airport was deserted. It was the same with the security and also at the cafe. They had never been to an airport that was so quiet.

When they got on the plane, there was only one other passenger and one stewardess and everyone was behaving as this was just normal.

Then they were going up the runway, suddenly everything seemed a bit weird and the plane just wouldn't take off! Bob and John were really confused now... what was going on?
