One day Mark and Steve went to race their bicycles at park. "Come on Mark, hurry up," said Steve.

Steve put on his helmet. "Where is your helmet Mark?" asked Steve.

"I forgot it, it doesn't matter. I'm too old for it," answered Mark.

They started a race. They were racing at a very fast speed. At first nothing went wrong, but, unexpectedly, a dog running after a cat appeared where the boys were racing.

"Ooh, no!" shouted Steve.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, help!" shouted Mark.

Mark was injured, of course without a helmet. Steve didn't get injured because he had a helmet. Mark woke up at the hospital. Mark's parents and Steve were sitting with Mark.

"He has no serious injuries," said doctor Demston.

"Are you ok?" asked mum.

"Yes, I feel good," answered Mark.

"Next time wear a helmet,"said Steve.

"Ok," said Mark.

The next morning Mark and Steve rode their bikes wearing a helmet. Always wear your helmet.
