Stalker

The stalker is a 1 eyed creature which has a tall slim body and it stalks random people.He is 5 meters tall which outsizes any human and has long thin arms.He has 1 great big bloodshot eye that can turn people insane.He has green hands with red claws which can rip through steel.His legs can shrink and grow so that he can fit through small gaps.He steals shadows for power and the sky serpent needs that for cover so they are always in battle.He lives nowhere because he is always moving.His personality is always changing from sad to angry because he wants to turn back to a human but that's not possible.
