The Fire

One day a man was reading a book in his bed. The book was about a Serial Killer. After he was on page 30 he put a bookmark and tried to go to sleep.

After 10 minutes he finally fell to sleep. But then the book slipped out of his hand and fell onto his dog that was sleeping beside his bed. Then the dog woke up but he tried to go back to sleep.

Suddenly the dog smelled something burning. It was an oil candle and it was burning a curtain beside the window. Then the dog woke up the man. He barked loudly and went to the curtain.

The man figured out what was going on. He put out the fire and opened the window to make the smoke go out. Then, after he had calmed down, he brought the dog a big bone as a reward for saving his life.
