When our house caught on fire
On Pancake day in the morning, my mum, my little brother and I were cooking scrumptious pancakes for breakfest. When my mum was getting the eggs from the fridge my foolish little brother grabbed the cloth and put it in the frying pan. He is foolish as a peacock and tick as a brick.
My mum and I began smell of burning cloth. My mum began shouting and my dad came. He is tough as nails and tall as a giraffe. My dad tried to put out the fire but it was too late. My mum and dad began fighting like cats and dogs. We started to evacuate the house and it was hot as hell.
I felt petrified, frantic, gloomy and intense. My dad and my mother were busy as a bee. The fire alarm started wailing. I smelted the ashes of my grandma's rocking chair burning and branches crackle. I saw my mum, brother and dad suffering.
The fire was blazing and flames were growing higher. I was scared to my death. We were hearing the sirens of firetrucks wailing. When they came they began spraying their hose at the fire. It was extroardinary! They took out the fire and asked us if we were hurt and we told them that we weren't hurt.
It was a horrid experience but I did learn something that my little brother is stubborn as a mule and has a stupid brain!!!!!!!!!
