Keep Fit!

To keep fit you have to:

  1. Try to eat healthy and stay away from sweets.
  2. Exercise for at least an hour everyday.
  3. Play games which involve: running, exercise, and stuff like that.

We can't go out and exercise but we could exercise indoors thanks to all these PE teachers that are making videos for us to keep fit...even though we are indoors!
