We made homemade ice-cream
We got chocolate milk, white chocolate milk and strawberry milk.
We put the milk in zip-lock bags and then in ice and salt.
Because salt (apparently) makes things colder.
When water freezes from being in cold air, the release of heat actually slows down the freezing. When you add salt to a mixture of water and ice, it causes more ice to melt by depressing the freezing point and not by adding internal energy so it actually gets colder.
And then we shook it. For 10 minuets. And then we got bored so we just left it there.
and then it was done
and it was disgusting.
So me and my brother put it in the microwave to turn it back into milk
