Uploading and managing users
To upload users to your j2webby site, you need to access your j2webby site, this is detailed in the email
When you have logged into your j2webby,
click on tools, and then manage users
You can then upload your users as a CSV file
(you need to upload all users in the same file)
Click on the apps tab to start using the tools online
CSV help is also available for you
This will then allow staff and pupils to get
access to the toolkit
You can flick the page over and create many pages on the same document, in the left bottom corner, flick the page over to find a quick and easy task sheet to help you become familiar with j2e
When you've completed the task sheet you can publish it to your j2webby (Remember: pupils work has to be moderated by staff before it can be published, but teachers and admin can publish directly)
To publish click on the publish symbol
Name the document, and publish
this has now been published into
the staff category on your j2webby
