ways to keep healthy
1) eat loats of fruit and vegetables and little amount of sugar. a healthy diet can help lose weight and it can lower your colestrole levels.
2) do regular exercise. exersice can prevent heart disease, stroke, daibetes and colon cancer. you should walk up to 30 to 60 minutes about 5 times a week.
3)using the right clothes. being the sun to much is bad for you leading to skin cancer. the most common cancer in the united states. use sun cream at 15+ fsp.
4) get lots of sleep. sleeping is very good for you and you should slep for 7 to 9 hours if your an adult and 11 to13 hours for kids.
