- To connect is to be able to build friendships
and not just normal bonds strong unbreakable
bonds
2.To give is to be able to share but also to be able to
give your time to people
and always be there for them this will also help to
connect.
3.To take notice is to be able to look around you
enjoy and be grateful for the amazing life you have
and not to keep your life on technology this can
also help you connect with nature and find new
friends it also helps you be aware so that not
everything is a shocker to you.
4.To keep learning is one of the most important
things in life because it updates you on your
knowledge from before and adds to it allowing
you to be comfortable in many situations life if
there was a fight you'd be educated to go and tell
an adult.
5.And finally last but not least be active also one of my favorite because this allows you to relieve yourself from stress and to calm down with the anger this is also healthy and needed to be done everyday so it makes it even better.
