On Monday, year 5 visited the imperial War Museum in Elephant and Castle. In the world war 1 section we saw submarines torpedo's tanks guns weapons even uniforms planes cars lots more vehicles and much more. Here's a song! soldiers used to sing in the trenches DIGGING,DIGGING,DIGGING ALWAYS BLOODY WELL DIGGING. We got a sheet to fill in questions and my favourite part is when we got to see the model trench because we got to sleep on the fire step and we got to see in the periscope. Also we saw bombs and tined food from wen the soldiers were in Christmas.
