When the morning approached I got out of my warm cosy bed. Suddenly when I headed straight to

  the door my mum and dad excitedly said "we are going to Brazil today!" I was shocked but also quiet

  excited. My mum, dad sister and me got to Heathrow airport and got on the enormous plane.

  When we were about half to Brazil I asked my mum what part of Brazil are we going to? My mum said

  "Rio de Janeiro and also the amazon rainforest."

  When we arrived in Rio we went to Epanema Beach we had tuns of fun! we went into the deep blue

  sea and had a lovely splash. Afterwards we went to a restaurant which had delicious food and loud,

  wonderful music which was so loud it nearly broke my eardrum! My family had barbecued meat. 

  For dessert we had a brgadeiro which is a Brazilian chocolate bondon.

The next day my family went to see Christ the Redeemer! We took a taxi from the port to Corcovado

we went early to avoid the crowds and the heat. When we were there we were amazed to see how

tall it was in real life. As people came along we saw how much they were enjoying the sight and the

views. This is a sight to definitely recommend.

Later that day we went on a long journey to the amazon rainforest. It took five to six hours by plane.

Outside I saw tall trees and long grass. We saw different animals like a anaconda snake, a mountain

lion and a glass frog.

In the morning when it there was a bright, orange sun we sadly got a plane back to England. We

really missed Brazil but we had to go sometime! When we got back home we went to our warm,

cosy bed's and had a nice sleep.
