Recipe for Coconut Balls

Ingredients:


-250 g plain biscuits

-395 g condensed milk

-1 cup of coconut

-2 tbs cocoa



Method:


Step 1. Crush biscuits in a food processor.

Step 2. Place biscuit crumbs in a bowl and mix in cocoa.

Step 3. Add condensed milk and form mixture into balls.

Step 4. Roll in coconut and chill to set.

Equipment:

-1 food processor

-1 bowl

Notes: They are also really nice and tasty if you roll them in chocolate sprinkles or add ginger to the recipe. Or any toppings of your choice! Then you can enjoy your delicious home made Coconut Balls!
