how the lungs work

it first inhales air into the lungs.when it gets into the lungs, the oxygen is obsorbed in to the blood stream where the red blood cell push the air around the body. once the it runs out it comes back to the lungs to get some more oxygen. its other funtion is to exhale out all the carbon dioxide that the red blood cells came back with

fun fact. the respiratory system contains not only the lungs. it also contains your nose, larynx and diaphragm.
