The characters in this story are Oliver, Iris, Mr Culpeper and Oliver's parents.

Oliver has lost his parents, they are stranded somewhere around the city, they went out exploring on a orange dinghy and he cannot find his parents.The orange dinghy has came back up to shore but his parents are still out there in the world..

My favourite parts are when Oliver meets Mr Culpepper because Mr Culpepper is very funny and he takes part of a very posh and intresting character.
