Ingredients
-175g self-raising flower
-175g soft butter
-175g caster sugar
-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
-3 medium eggs
-raisins(if you want)
Method
1.Heat the oven to 180'C or a gas mark 4
2.Sift the flower into a large mixing bowl.
Add the butter, sugar and vanilla essence.
3.Beak eggs into a cup, then pour them
into the bowl. Stir until smooth.(add raisins if you want).
4.Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases.
5.Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins and leave to cool
