EAT HEALTHY!!!
It is important to have a balanced diet because you can become unhealthy if you have to
many sweets or if you eat fast food to often.For example you can get health problems
and has to go some medical tests(you probably do not want to go through).It is okay to have a sweets few a day but to many is not good for your body It can be quite tempting if your siting infront of a jar of sweets but you still have to resist it.To stay healthy you can read books to keep your brain active,swim and run more, these are all ways to exersize your body.Hear are some of the things you can eat to stay healthy...
