Scara brae,on the south shore of sandwick,orkney was a late neolithick,setlement that was inhabeted between 3200 and 2200 BC.Eight preastorick houses,conected by low covered pasegeways, have survived.The vilage was reveled by a winter storm in 1850.A series of arcioligests have uncovered the neolithick vilage.Seven houses have dresers beds and seats.
