We have had a great week learning about the traditional tale 'The Three Little Pigs'. The children were very excited by the role play and they thoroughly enjoyed being the Big Bad Wolf! We used a variety of construction materials to build the different houses. We collected and counted sticks and matched them to the correct number. We measured the height of different houses using cubes and made stick houses using lolly sticks. The children also made baubles for our class Advent Tree and named the 2D shapes they used. The children have been amazing during all of our Nativity rehearsals.
