Axolotls

Axolotls are types of salamanders. They can

regenerate themselves when they are injured

including kidneys, lungs and parts of the brain. They

have gills and lungs. They spend their lives in water.

Axolotls are found in Lake Xochimilcho near Mexico

City. They are a walking fish. Axolotls come in a

variety of colour patterns. They are endangered.
