My Favourite Character

My favourite character is a tiny snail with an itchy foot. The snail wished to set sail one day so he made a trail saying 'lift wanted around the world'. One night a whale asked him to ride on its tail and the snail agreed. While they traveled, the snail gazed at the sky, land, caves and the blue sea and she felt so small. One day a lot of speedboats were heading their way and blocked the whale. It felt upset and lost and the whale ended up on the beach and could not swim. The snail felt helpless to save the whale but he wanted to help. He entered a classroom full of children and left a trail on the blackboard saying 'save the whale'. The children together with the firemen kept the whale cool until the tide came high again and the whale could swim safely back.

Although the snail is tiny, she still managed to save the enormous whale. She was courageous to be the first to travel and when she was back she told her friends about her adventure. The snail with the itchy foot inspired the other snails in the dock and they all set sail on the whale's tail.
