Good morning 6D

Today's Pobble assignment has a story starter that doesn't match the picture at all. So if you are planning to publish the story stater today you will just have to start your own story to match the tiger photo :). Having read a few of your story starters this week I have been very impressed with how much effort most of you have been putting into your descriptive language and varied punctuation! I have seen colons, semi-colons, speech marks, rhetorical questions, metaphors, similes, fronted adverbials, expanded noun phrases etc. However, I am noticing more and more that some of you are beginning to forget that your stories need to have a plot that the reader (your teacher) can follow. I know you are not writing out the entire story, but there needs to be a clear focus on setting the scene, along with moving the action of the story forward.

The answers for the grammar post yesterday are: Their, there, there, they’re, their, there, they’re, their, they’re

Well done to those to posted a comment :)

Please remember Reading RE Science Maths along with your final Pobble assignment will all be due tomorrow. So continue to post your work as you finish daily.

Have a lovely day and remember to exercise.
