Hello Pintail Class,

Welcome to our class blog!

I hope that you and your family are doing okay? Did you have a

nice week? Make sure you go outside safely and enjoy the lovely sunshine that

is coming our way. I miss you so much, but I am excited about all our new ways of talking and sharing! This week, I have been watering and monitoring the growth of the herbs and vegetables growing in our little garden. The

parsley and coriander have grown so much that we were able to cut some pieces and sprinkle it onto our meals!  We’re also growing spinach, rainbow

chard and French beans. Will they grow as tall as the beanstalk that Jack

climbed? Did you know that you can also grow little plants on windowsills and

window boxes? Have a look at my photo of the tomato plant. Can you

remember what plants need in order to germinate?

I can’t wait to see the work that you have been doing! Why not get some help to post what you have been up to onto our blog? You could post your

artwork, pictures of tricky puzzles, writing, maths, interesting items from a walk, junk modelling...anything that you are proud of!
