Homework
This week in microsociety we thought about what jobs we would have in our society. We decided we would need some civil servants, which are people who who work for the state. We have a prime minister, a banker, a judge and two police men. Later on we also decided we would need a tax inspector/import officer. Anyone who wasn't a civil servant had to decide on a business, make one in group or try to be employed by someone. We did the voting for prime minister first, a lot of people put themselves forward for it. In the end Shiromi was elected. Then we did the voting for banker, which Stewart won, then Judge, which I won. After that we did police; Henry and Marcelina won that. The civil servants and the prime minister had a meeting and decided on rules, payments and importing goods, we also thought about letting businesses rent tables and chairs or spaces on the carpet. Next week we will start up peoples' businesses and let people import things.
