The material felt like a soft, silvery blanket, neither stony solid, damp liquid, or gentle gas, a creative mixture of all three. It lay, a shining purple mass fitted neatly on a delicate, carving-adorned wooden display with crystallic glass shielding it from such elements as dust and insects to tarnish it's beautiful complexion. In awe, a small man watched, admiring it. But his wonder would be sadly short lived. A large, boastful man burst in, accidently throwing the man into the shimmering glass. As he fell, the material instantly reacted with his soft skin. Shrivelled and burnt, it was ruined.
