Dylan's mini-beast poem

I saw a long legged spider, and its legs looked like spaghetti pasta.

I saw a lovely butterfly and I put butter on my pie.

I saw a buzzing bumble bee and he went out to sea.

Too bad I was in my kitchen, he flew out of my sink, but some pollen got into my drink.

I saw a turkey flying by, I was in my kitchen making chicken pie.

Some ants were in my back garden, too bad I literally had ants in my pants.

Some worms were on the road, they couldn't really move.

Too bad some birds were flying by and they visited for a grove.

But the birds are vegetarian and only eat seed.

So the worms had a grove but they still couldn't move.

Some snails were on the road but they moved really slow.

A seagull came by and caught one by the toe.

But he dropped him on the sand so low, low, low.
