THE SILENT CROWD

It was a cold morning, And I had just woken up for school. Every Monday, Our bin man comes around to our street and collects the bins/rubbish.

He arrived at our house and knocked on the door, he is a really nice man and is always happy.

I went to open the door, and I said "Morning!" But he didn't say anything back he just shook his head. To me it was a bit unusual so I went to tell my mum, but she said he was probably just tired from working.

I was walking down the cobbled road on my way to school. I saw my Best Friend Alex, and I said hi. I asked her if she wanted to come round to my house tomorrow, but again she just shook her head and kept silent. I felt a bit creeped out about this but I just hoped my day at school would be ok.

In my first lesson {English}, I was a bit stuck with a question, and i put my hand up to ask for help. My teacher, Ms Willow just looked at me and shook her head. This was too much I ran out of the class and made my way home.

I finally arrived home, and I went to find my mum. I asked her what we were having for dinner and she just looked at me and shook her head...
