On Wednesday 16th October Sandfield's Y5/6 football team took part in the local Soar Valley Festival. 5 schools attended -

Sandfield, Mellor Primary,Taylor School, Rushey Mead Primary and Wyvern.

The results were Sandfield 0 - Wyvern 0

Sandfield 2 - Mellor 0

Sandfield 1 - Rushey Mead 0

Sandfield 1 - Taylor 0

Sandfield retained the trophy for another year!
