Frank Cottrell Boyce was born in Rainhill Lancashire on the 23rd September1959. Frank Cottrel Boyce attened St Bartholomews Primary School and next went on to West Park Secondary School. He then went on to Oxford University and studied english. He wrote criticism for the magazine Living Marxism. As a result there was supposedly alwas a copy of the magazine
on sale in the newsagent set of long running british soap Coronation street.
