Microsociety!

Week 3!

This week in Microsociety was way better than last week and the week before! This week was enterprise. As a class,we discussed the role of a civil servant. A civil servant is a job that the government has made and knows that we need the person to live. For example, a doctor and police officer is a civil servant whilst, a shopkeeper is not a civil servant, it was enterprised. Enterprising is when someone says they are going to be something and set up a job.

First of all, we decided who our President would be. Most votes were for Shiromi so our President was President Shiromi. Next, we voted who our Judge who was Tom. Once we had done this we decided how many police officers we would have which was two. They were Henry and Marcelina. This formed our government. A President who decided the society would run with democracy,a Judge who decided punishments, a banker and two police officers. The rest of us had to set up our own businesses our be a group team.As we decided our jobs, the government met up and decided the cost of things. We could not use things for free! We even had to pay to use a pencil! Everything cost money! Many people were flabagasted by the costs. They were expensive!
