Life Doesn't Frighten Me At All

Wasps buzzing round,

Lions roaring loud,

They don't frighten me at all.

Being speksophobic,

Or even arachnophobic,

Life doesn't frighten me at all.

Creaks under my bed,

Blood so very red,

That doesn't frighten me at all.

Fires spreading fast,

Being chosen last,

They don't frighten me at all.

World War three,

Starting in the country,

Life doesn't frighten me at all.

Parents not together,

Being lonely forever,

They don't frighten me at all.

Shadows on the floor,

Strangers at my door,

That doesn't frighten me at all.

No success,

Friends are less,

Saying sorry,

Failing exams makes me worry,

Robbers in my home,

Creepy crawlies, they still roam,

Life doesn't frighten me at all.

Living through a pandemic,

That started as an epidemic,

they don't frighten me at all.

Getting injected in my arm,

Something happening to dad or mom,

That doesn't frighten me at all.

Don't tell me about a COVID case,

And try and watch my face,

If I do scream,

It will only be in my dreams.

Life doesn't frighten me at all,

Not at all,

Not at all.

Life doesn't frighten me at all!
