.Make sure you know where your pulse is
First, we check are resting pulse for 1 minute.
Then, we exercise for 1 minute.
Next, we check are pulse for 1 minute again.
After that,we rest for 1 minute.
Finally we repeat this for 2 minutes and 3 minutes of exercise.
The affect of exercise is that the heart beats faster
then normal, the reason for this is that the heart pumpes
blood into the muscles to get more oxygen.Every time you
exercise faster you are getting really tired however,you
are getting stronger and more fit.Make sure you eat healthy
food such as...salad,fruit salad,tomatos,onions,broccoli,
apples,pears,bananas,peaches,grapes,cherry's,strawberry's and
carrots.
