Macbeth review
by Adam Foxsmith - 6 Blue
On November the 6th Year 6 travelled to the Millfield Theatre to see the fantastic Shakespeare play... Macbeth! It was amazing! Everyone had an awesome time marvelling at the ingenuity of
Shakespeare's brilliant play-writing skills. The audience watched intently from beginning to end, despite some gruesome bits along the way. All who went had a great time, and some enjoyed it more than others. Personally, I thought that there could have been a little less conversation, a little more action, and during some of the long dialogues I struggled to understand what was going on.
Anyway, we set of to the park afterwards, and played there for a while. At the park, 6 blue and green found many things to do, such as; climbing, zip-wiring, swinging, spinning, bouncing, etc.
By the time we got back to School, the day was almost over, and children + teachers were exhausted. I had great time, and look forward to the next School trip which is on Tuesday 11th November to the Natural History Museum.
