My Evacuation story
We arrived at the station, I did not know what was going on. Images flashed before my eyes; monstrous trains, children and sobbing mothers. We entered the train it was crowded, big children everywhere, it felt like I was drowning. My mouth was as dry as chalk, my sweat was as cold as ice. A tear ran down my pale face as a thought of my mother appeared in my mind. I wondered where she was and why she would leave me. The train moved and my home was getting further and further away, was I ever going to come back?
