After a short journey the children arrived in good spirits,not put off by the rain. We were given a tour by our leader Joe who familiarisedus with the centre. Following lunch, the children faced their first challenge…Making their own beds. There were varying degrees of success!!

After some brilliant team building activities, it was time for dinner… burgers and chips all round! After dinner was free time, that the children put to good useplaying football and making friends. There was just time for a cup of hot chocolate before bed. Ready for the first full day of activities tomorrow!
