Learning about house prices

This is one of the most expensive houses I found in solihull whilst doing a house search on Rightmove. it has got a really nice garden but it looks to much of a big garden for me:

We learnt all about house prices in the local area by using Rightmove. We browsed the most expensive and the least expensive houses. I learnt that sometimes, if you want a house in a nice area, you may have to opt for a smaller house but it would be more expensive because the area is desirable. I also learnt that I could have a big house, for cheaper in a less desirable area but the crime rate might be higher and the schools might not be as good.

£60,000

The lowest price I could find on right move was £60,000 and it looks like its in a nice area but the house inside looks like its not in a nice home to live in for a person that wants a big and attractive house.

This was a house I found for £60,000 and this is a flat that is in Birmingham not the town Centre.
