... It was dark. Pitch black.I could hear nothing. There seemed to be no ground below me, but I could feel something underneath my feet. I stepped forwards, but I could tell this space was infinite, leading to no where. I turned around to where the fence should have been, but it wasn't there. Nothing, but a small box hovering in the darkness. I grasped it and opened it up. Switches. They weren't labeled, but maybe they would lighten up this place. I flicked the first one swiftly. Stars appeared, dimly lighting up the space. I flicked the second switch. A full moon. It was bright, but still not bright enough to illuminate the darkness. I flicked the next switch. White roses shot up from nowhere. It was beautiful. I felt the camera in my hand, letting go of the box to take the picture. The box floated beside me like an obedient dog as I snapped a shot. Two more switches. I flicked one, and felt a buzz run through me. The space around me grew brighter. I looked at my hand. I was glowing . I looked at the last switch, desperate to discover the last change. Maybe the floor will finally show?
Flick.
I felt a rush through me, as I shot up, Colours spinning round me, giving me a headache. This was a change from the dark. I stopped. The colours stopped. Then I started falling. The colours danced round me. I tried swimming upwards, but of course that didn't work. Panicked, I screamed, scrabbling upwards but i kept falling. Is this the end? The colours got closer. They jumped and twirled like dancers, but that didn't distract me. I twisted over, and saw ground. I squeezed my eyes and braced my self...
My eyes opened. I was alive! I clambered to my feet and adjusted me eyes to this new brightness. Green grass. Blue sky. I was back on Earth! I ran around the field I had landed on, looking for someone to tell me where I was. I saw a poster on a tree. 'The Funfair!' It read ' Taking place at Pine Park'. I knew where I was now! I looked ahead, and there was the fair. Maybe one of my friends are their.
I trugded through the grass towards the fair, and started to notice something odd. When I had seen the park from far away, I had assumed it was far, as it was so small, but now that I have gotten nearer, I think it truly is a small fair. When I was close enough. I stopped and tried to spot any signs why thins fair was small. I gasped. Ducks. All kinds of ducks. Ducks? Why ducks? Aren't they supposed to have tiny brains? Why are they playing hook-a-duck? Why are they eating Chinese food? Don't some Chinese meals have duck in them? This was all to weird. I snapped a photo of this weird fair to show Mum when I get back. How do I get back?
I must have to find a switch.Aha! There was a box of switches, exactly like the one before, by the tree.I should just flick the last switch, but I really want to see what happens. I flicked the first four all at once, Instantly, all the trees turned pink. Then the sky went white. The ducks started to float and the fair started to change colours, never sticking to one colour. I snapped another photo, laughing then switched the last switch.
A hole appeared in front of me, so I jumped in. Wheeeeee! I tumbled and turned, bumped and jumped, rolled and dropped, until I reached another place.
