Task 2 Question time

It still feels a bit strange though. Life without gravity really takes some getting used to!

It is thought that one day it may be possible to live in on another planet? What do you think about this? Is it a good idea?

Yes it would be really really fun. It would be very different from earth. When you come down to earth you need to rest for a couple of days because in space there is no gravity. When you come back to earth your body would feel heavy.

Why do you think about humans are looking for ways to live in space or a another planet?

So they can do science in space.

how does gravity work?

Gravity keeps us on the ground. Gravity is a force.

how do we overcome gravity?

Planes, hot air balloons and rockets.

If living in space, how would you manage to do everyday things like brushing your teeth?

There is no running water so fill a water bag with water. Squeeze some water on the tooth brush. Put some tooth paste on the toothbrush then brush teeth just like normal. Swallow the tooth paste!
