THE HOLE IN THE FENCE

My whole body seemed to be moving. Suddenly…Pop!

My whole body shook as I was magically pulled through the tiny hole in our garden fence. It was if I was shrinking and being sucked into a black hole. A few seconds later I had arrived in what seemed a large rubbish dump. I looked around and then realised that this rubbish dump was were all our things had gone! Then out of nowhere came a pop, suddenly a rather small and plump woman appeared. She was carrying a sort of jumbled up metal thing in one hand and my toy car in the other.

"Hey! That's mine!" I yelled grabbing the car and pulling it towards me, but the woman was to strong. " Excuse me,how rude," she said with a strange accent. She glared at me and pulled down a pair of rubber goggles over her eyes. Then she shook the block of metal in her hand and tapped the top. As if by magic she disappeared into thin air!

I pinched myself to see if I was dreaming but felt a pang of pain and new this was not a dream. Then just as I was pulling out a rather battered toy soldier from a large pile of plastic, I to started to shrink again and before I could say 'what' I had appeared back in my garden. I went indoors and just decided to forget this strange event and went to dinner.
