Dear Baba,

I have got your letter and have read it we are still in the middle of the war and it is not stopping. Every day a shell drops on us like an avalanche and leaves rubble all over the pathway. Grandma and the boys are ok but Mum could not make it. A shell dropped on our house and are house fell. Right now we are staying with other refugees in a abandon house big enough to fit more than ten refugees.

Baba do not come back to the airport because it is closed and it will be a waste of money to come to a country which is at war. So when the war is over, you could come back. Maybe if we had enough money, we could buy a house and live in it. What is happening in Israel? Is there anything new? I want to know as much as possible.

I have been on many adventures with you and stood brave in many wars.Everyday I pray and say please end the war and sometime later we would meet again. So I'm going on a quest to No Man's Land and find a medicine for Grandma if there is one.

Yours lovingly,

Ayesha
