The Writer

The process took a great deal of time and effort, but doesn’t anything that’s important to us?

Will gently moved the back of his hand across the parchment. He loved the feeling of it against his skin; it was smooth and silky like the fresh water of a spring cascading over his fingers.

Feeling relaxed, Will was a master of his trade. Words came as easily to him as song to a nightingale. The whole experience of writing filled his heart with pure joy, but at the same time Will knew he had to concentrate; he had an important job to do...

He needed to write stories they were not for other people it was for himself he was not going to share about his book because he loved writing and every single day he wastes his time on writing but he never seemed to get tired his eyes were always red he needed to wear thicker glasses and his optician came to his house kept telling him to go and get some fresh air but the writer kept ignoring him and one day probably the best day he ever had that week the optician came in and said I know that you like writing why don't you write outside in the park especially with all the nature and trees you could have lots of ideas but this time the writer said "Yes I would love that" with a smile on his face the writer ran outside even though it was really painful for his eyes to go outside that quickly he was still happy,the optician felt like he just an impossible mission he indeed did.

1.Who is Will? Why do you think he enjoys writing so much?

Will is a man that loves writing he loves it so much because he loves adventure stories the words come out like a song for a nightingale.

2.Is he extremely small, or is the book he is writing very large?

The book is writing is very large because that's probably what he wrote in a year.

3.What does ‘he had an important job to do’ mean? Why is he writing? Is he writing for somebody?

It means that he is doing something important, he is writing because he loves it and I think he is not writing to anyone he is just doing it because he loves it.

4.What type of writing do you think it is?

I think it is fictional writing.

5.What is inside the box?

They are writing supplies in the box.

6.Imagine you could see the rest of the room Will is in. Can you describe what it might contain?

It contains a lot of writing supplies and lots of books that have been written by Will and lots of glasses because he can see better and he is missing a lot of light because he used to write inside 24/7 he used to drink a lot of coffee.
