A boy called James lives in wellington road by his house is a lounge when James goes out where ever he goes the chair is all ways there everyday the chair is there some say the chair is magic and spooky also they say it is haunted by a old man who all sat there when he died his body was on the spooky chair some see him their sitting there looking at James house and never looks away from the house and they never got put to rest and James all ways see him sitting there
