VE Day

What Is VE Day?

World War II started in September 1939 and ended in 1945, over 30 countries fought in world war II.

Germany surrendered on the 8th of May 1945 and we celebrate this to remember the soldiers and family's that died and we thank Winston Church Hill who was the Prime Minister during the war and led the country through that time. VE Day stands for victory in Europe.
