Blizzard is an Icy villain with a cold personality. His face is almost made entirely out of ice. Frozen icicles hang down from his hands and his feet look almost like ice-skates. Blizzard's body is covered in ice and a few patches are frost. Whenever he gets VERY angry a heavy snow storm appears (That's why he's called Blizzard). He is super fast on earth or ice and is super scary to normal people. On the side of his icy body he carries sharp icicle arrows. He doesn't care about anyone else but himself and makes people do what he wants.
